Trade Refer  + Earn - Terms & Conditions

The Trade 'Refer + Earn' Scheme is open to trade customers of Easy Bathrooms (also referred to as “you” and “your”) when signing up for a trade account and who meet the eligibility criteria of the Scheme (see section 2 below). 

The Scheme is operated and managed by Easy Bathrooms, a trading name of Cubico (UK) Ltd - a company registered in England & Wales under the company number 08073879; VAT number GB 251 913 318; with registered office address: Peel Avenue, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF2 7UA (the “Company”). All correspondence regarding the Scheme should be emailed to [email protected] or by contacting your local showroom.

These terms & conditions govern the use of the Scheme. To participate in the 'Refer + Earn' Scheme you must comply with these terms & conditions which you should read carefully.

1. The Scheme

1.1 Register for the Scheme in-store or online and become a trusted “Easy Trader.”

1.2 Upon joining, you will receive a membership card containing your unique referral code.

1.3 Share your referral code with your customer(s), who must quote it when placing their orders in-store.

1.4 Your customer(s) will receive an exclusive 10% additional discount when placing an in-store order only. This discount cannot be redeemed online and excludes installation charges, sale or clearance prices, promotional or fixed net-priced items, delivery fees, and special-order products (as detailed on the order confirmation).

1.5 You will become eligible for your 10% refer + earn rewards which you can convert to cashback or boosted credit 45 days after your customer’s delivery, allowing for any returns or amendments.

1.6 You do not need to carry out the installation to qualify, and there is no limit on the number of customers you can refer.

1.7 Your customer(s) must quote your referral code at the time of placing each in-store order.

1.8 There is no minimum or maximum spend required per qualifying order.

1.9 Rewards are valid for new retail customers referred to Easy Bathrooms.

1.10 The 10% refer + earn rewards are calculated on the net value (excl. VAT) after discounts and excludes installation charges, returns, delivery, fixed net-priced items, or special-order items. Selected offers and items discounted over 40% from RRP are excluded.

1.11 The Company reserves the right to reclaim rewards for any items returned (unless faulty), whether before or after payment.

1.12 You must not publish or advertise your referral code publicly (including social media, websites, forums, or group chats). Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your Scheme membership and forfeiture of any rewards obtained from non-compliant referrals.

1.13 All refer + earn cashback or credit claims must be made through the Easy Bathrooms online Trade Portal. You must hold a registered online trade account linked to your in-store account in order to claim.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To qualify for the Scheme you must be a verified tradesperson, be over 18 years old (if an individual) and have an address in the UK, the Isle of Man or Channel Islands.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to withdraw and/or refuse registration to the Scheme at any time.

2.3 The following parties (among others) are not eligible to participate in the Scheme:

a) An employee of the Company; and

b) Any public authority or other public sector organisation.

3.  Scheme Membership

3.1 Your membership details will be based on the information provided during registration. You must notify the Company promptly of any changes to your contact or business details.

3.2 You are responsible for keeping secure any information that might identify you and allow unauthorised access to your account. If your details are lost or compromised, you must immediately notify Easy Bathrooms by email at [email protected] or by contacting your local showroom.

4. Receiving Your Refer + Earn Rewards

4.1 Easy Bathrooms will monitor all referred orders and exclude non-qualifying items or returns made by your customer(s).

4.2 Within 45 days of your customer(s) delivery, your refer + earn rewards will be available to claim.

4.3 If you opt to receive your rewards as cashback, you will be required to provide us with your bank account details through the online Trade Portal, and payments will be made within 5 days from your request being made.

4.4 With your consent, Easy Bathrooms may securely store your bank details to facilitate quicker payments. You must inform us of any changes to your banking information.

4.5 If you choose to apply your refer + earn rewards as credit to your trade account, we will boost it by 10%. The boost percentage may be amended at the Company’s discretion.

4.6 "Boosted" credits cannot later be withdrawn as cashback.

4.7 Refer + earn rewards must be claimed within 12 months of being issued to your account. Any rewards not claimed within this period will expire and be removed from your account.

5. Terminating Your Participation In The Scheme

5.1 You may withdraw from the Scheme at any time by contacting Easy Bathrooms via email at [email protected] or by contacting your local showroom.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation by written notice if it reasonably believes that:

a) You have acted in a way that harms the Company or the Scheme;

b) You engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities;

c) You act in an abusive or aggressive manner towards staff;

d) You have knowingly provided false or misleading information at any time in relation to your participation in the Scheme;

e) You breach any of the terms relating to your Easy Bathrooms trade account.

6.  Liability

6.1 The Company is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to IT system failures, industrial disputes, political unrest, or natural disasters).

7. General

7.1 The Company may change any part of the Scheme, including cashback and credit percentages and these terms & conditions at any time without prior consent, by publishing the changes on our website www.easybathrooms.com

7.2 The Company is not liable for any tax liability that may arise from you taking part in the Scheme.

7.3 The Scheme is a standalone initiative and does not alter the standard terms and conditions of Easy Bathrooms which still apply between the Company and its customers.

7.4 These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

8. £50 Trade Day Voucher
8.1 The £50 cashback voucher offer is available to trade customers only who attend one of our trade events and are either already enrolled in, or sign up to, the Refer + Earn Cashback Card scheme.

 8.2 The voucher must be presented in-store and is valid for 4 weeks from the date of the event. The £50 cashback voucher can only be redeemed against Easy Bathrooms own-brand products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, discount, promotion or clearance item.

 8.3 The voucher is redeemable against a minimum spend of £250 + VAT and may only be used once per customer. No cash alternative is available and no change will be given. The offer is not available online.

 8.4 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice. This voucher has a cash value of £0.00001. Scans, photographs or photocopies of the voucher will not be accepted. E&OE. Full terms and conditions apply.
