Terms & Conditions

This page outlines the terms and conditions on which we supply goods ("Goods") listed in our catalogues and on our website www.easybathrooms.com ("the Website") to you ("the Customer"). These terms don’t affect your statutory rights.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact our customer services team on 0330 660 1120 or email [email protected]

Before we get into the details, here’s a helpful tip - please arrange delivery of your items well before your installation begins. Just in case something’s missing or not quite right, it’s better to leave plenty of time to iron out any issues rather than end up paying for installers to stand around. Most traders are more than happy to come and have a quick check over the delivered items before starting a job - it saves everyone time, hassle and potentially unwanted costs!

  1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Contract": The agreement between you and Easy Bathrooms for the purchase and supply of Goods, governed by these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 "Made to Order Items": Goods specifically built, altered, or personalised at your request.

1.3 "Special Order Items": Goods not routinely stocked by us and ordered in from third parties. These are marked with an (s) or (*) on your order confirmation. 

1.4 "Distribution Warehouse": Easy Bathrooms, Peel Avenue, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF2 7UA. 

1.5 "We", "Us", "Our": Easy Bathrooms, a trading name of Cubico (UK) Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08073879). 

1.6 "You", "Your": The customer purchasing Goods.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENT

2.1 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. 

2.2 Prices may be changed without notice. However, confirmed and paid orders are not affected. 

2.3 In-store, non-installation orders require a minimum 33% deposit and full payment within 3 months or at least 5 days before delivery, whichever is sooner. 

2.4 Online orders must be paid in full at the point of ordering. 

2.5 Made to Order, Special Order, clearance, ex-display, or exhibition items must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

2.6 Finance Options

2.6.1 Finance may be available on selected products, subject to status, affordability, age (18+) and minimum spend requirements. Finance agreements are between you and the finance provider. Finance cannot be applied retrospectively and is not available on all products. Missed payments may affect your credit score.

2.6.2 Cubico (UK) Limited t/as Easy Bathrooms is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 765422) and acts as a credit broker, not a lender.

2.6.3 V12 Retail Finance: Credit is provided by Secure Trust Bank PLC trading as V12 Retail Finance. Finance is subject to approval and affordability checks. Not all V12 products are regulated by the FCA.

2.6.4 Klarna: Klarna may be offered at checkout, allowing you to pay later or spread the cost. Klarna’s terms and privacy policy apply.


  1. DELIVERY

3.1 Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

3.2 You must notify us of any delivery access restrictions when placing the order. 

3.3 Our standard delivery is kerbside. An able-bodied person must be present to receive and move the Goods. 

3.4 A 2-person premium delivery service to a ground floor room of choice is available at an additional cost. This service is compulsory for stone and cast-iron baths, however, we are unable to bring the bath indoors (see section 3.7 for further details) 

3.5 Delivery charges may increase for large orders, remote areas, or split deliveries. 

3.6 Next Day Delivery is available for online orders under 1.5 tonnes in weight placed before 12pm. Items excluded from this service include; wall & ceiling panels, worktops, plinths, tile trims, TVs, tiles over 1.2m, stone and cast-iron baths. This service is not guaranteed due to third-party carrier constraints. 

3.7 Due to their weight, stone and cast iron baths are delivered in crates by our specialist 2-person premium delivery team using a tail-lift vehicle and manual handling equipment, with a standard lead time of 10 days. Delivery is made as close as physically possible to your property, and wherever possible, into an outbuilding such as a garage. It remains your responsibility to move the bath indoors. 

3.8 Obvious damage must be reported at the time of delivery or collection from store. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days. 

3.9 A redelivery charge applies if delivery fails due to no-one being present on the agreed delivery date or unreported access issues. 

3.10 We recommend scheduling deliveries at least 5 days prior to installation to allow time for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs or losses resulting from delivery delays or inability to supply a product.


  1. CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Orders placed online or by phone may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods under statutory distance selling regulations. Notification must be made within this 14 day cooling off period and emailed to [email protected] 

4.2 Goods must then be returned within 14 days of sending your cancellation notification. See Section 5 for return details. 

4.3 Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date due to dispatch procedures. These must be processed as returns. 

4.4 Special Order and Made to Order items may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. 

4.5 Made to Order items are defined as “bespoke” and may fall outside the 14 day cooling off period if customisation or manufacturing has commenced. 

4.6 We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of an error in pricing or stock availability, issues with payment, or where we are unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide a full refund where applicable. 

4.7 Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting returned Goods. 

4.8 While we strive to provide excellent service – including home measures, CAD designs, order processing, and delivery preparation – we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs incurred in the event of an order cancellation. This may include, but is not limited to, labour, design, handling and transport costs.


  1. RETURNS POLICY

5.1 You may return Easy Bathrooms own-brand items as unwanted within 30 days of the date of delivery or collection. Exclusions apply, please refer to section 6 below.

5.2 Items must be unused, in unopened, undamaged packaging, and not show signs of fitting.

5.3 All returns must be pre-approved. Please email [email protected] or contact your local showroom to initiate a return. 

5.4 In most circumstances, we can arrange to collect the items you wish to return, please ask for more details and prices for this service. 

5.5 If our collection service is not used, returns should be sent to our distribution warehouse; Easy Bathrooms, Peel Avenue, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF2 7UA. You are responsible for return shipping costs and safe transit. Please note, returns you arrange to drop off or ship yourself still need to be pre-approved 

5.6 Items under 30kg may be returned to a local showroom, subject to prior approval. 

5.7 A returns fee applies for items returned to a showroom which are over 10kg and under 30kg. Items under 10kg may be returned to a showroom free of charge. 

5.8 Refunds exclude original delivery charges and return costs.


  1. RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

6.1 We are unable to accept returns of the following:

  • Any items that are not in a resaleable condition.
  • Made to Order items. These are classed as “bespoke” and may fall outside the 14 day cooling off period if customisation or manufacturing has commenced.
  • Perishable items with ‘use by’ dates (e.g. grouts, adhesives, sealants etc.).
  • Tiles purchased in-store.
  • Special Order items purchased in-store.
  • Opened glass items including shower enclosures, doors, wetroom screens and bath screens purchased in-store.


  1. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

7.1 You must inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. 

7.2 Report any missing or incorrect items, and visible damage, within this timeframe. 

7.3 We will require photographs or may request to inspect items before confirming replacements or refunds. 

7.4 Do not dispose of goods until advised. 

7.5 Faulty items may be subject to inspection before being approved for refund. 

7.6 Installation constitutes acceptance of the product’s good condition. By commencing installation, you acknowledge the goods have been supplied correctly and are free from obvious defects or faults. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a latent fault

7.7 Missing parts must be reported within 30 days of delivery and before installation.


  1. TILES

8.1 Due to the batch manufacturing process of tiles, and the fast turnover of our tile stockholding, we are unable to accept the return of tiles purchased in-store.

 8.2 You are responsible for ordering correct tile quantities. 

8.3 Batch matches are not guaranteed for re-orders. 

8.4 Tile sizes may vary within accepted industry tolerances. 

8.5 Report any damaged tiles immediately. Minor damage should be used for cuts. 

8.6 Check the tiles are correct prior to installation. Post-installation complaints will not be accepted.

8.7 Tiles purchased online cannot be returned to store and need to be returned back to our warehouse.

8.8 Tiles purchased in-store cannot be returned.


  1. LIABILITY

9.1 Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection. 

9.2 We are not liable for issues caused by unsuitable water pressure or pre-existing electrical faults within your property. 

9.3 Faults arising from the product itself are covered under our guarantee where applicable.

9.4 Qualified tradespeople must be used for installation to retain any guarantees. 

9.5 Ex-display and second-hand items carry minimum statutory rights only. 

9.6 Home measures and CAD drawings are for guidance only. Final checks must be made by a competent installer prior to installation. 

9.7 An introduction to an installer through one of our showrooms does not constitute an official recommendation. You should carry out your own due diligence prior to employing their services.


  1. GUARANTEES

10.1 Easy Bathrooms products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the stated period. 

10.2 Guarantees apply to domestic use only and are non-transferable. 

10.3 Guarantee claims require proof of purchase. 

10.4 Fair wear and tear, electrical faults, and incorrect installation are excluded.

  1. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

11.1 We use your information only to process your order or, with consent, to inform you of offers. We do not share your data without permission and maintain confidentiality. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.easybathrooms.com/privacy-policy

11.2 Marketing Communications. Where you provide consent, we may use your contact details to send marketing communications by email and/or SMS. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect essential service messages such as order updates.

11.3 Use of Klaviyo (Email & SMS Marketing Platform). We use Klaviyo to manage email and SMS marketing. If you opt in, your personal data (such as contact details, purchase history and browsing behaviour) may be processed by Klaviyo. Klaviyo acts solely under our instruction and does not use your data for its own purposes. Data may be stored outside the UK/EEA with appropriate safeguards in place. Opting out of marketing will not affect your use of our services.

11.4 Social Media and User Content. If you tag us on social media or provide images or content to us, you grant Easy Bathrooms a royalty-free, transferable and perpetual licence to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm you have the right to share the content and may request removal from future use at any time.

12.1 Our website may include access to an AI-powered chat feature (“AI Superbar”). This tool is provided for general informational and assistance purposes only.

12.2 The AI Superbar is an automated system and may generate responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate.

12.3 Any information, recommendations, or content provided by the AI Superbar should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

12.4 We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any responses generated by the AI Superbar.

  1. EXTRA DISCOUNT OFFERS AND PROMO CODES

13.1 ‘Our Price’ is our standard discounted price and is not part of a sale. Promo codes apply to ‘Our Price’ and are valid on Easy Bathrooms own products only. Exclusions apply, including branded items, Special Order Items, Sale items, installation services and Trade orders.


  1. GOVERNING LAW

14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be resolved via the relevant UK jurisdiction.
