Easy Bathrooms Design and Installation is widely available throughout the UK.

1. DEFINITIONS WE USE We use the following definitions:
1.1 Easy Bathrooms refers to Easy Bathrooms, Peel Avenue, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF2 7UA.
1.2 Client refers to anyone who pays to use the Easy Bathrooms Design and Installation Service.
1.3 Quote refers to a detailed description of the installation work, plus any further notes.
1.4 Ts & Cs refers to the terms and conditions of the supply of the Easy Bathrooms Design and Installation Service, as set out in the quote.
1.5 Order refers to the formal acceptance by the customer of the quote.
1.6 Agreement refers to the contract between the client and Easy Bathrooms for the provision of the Design and Installation Service and/or items that include these Ts & Cs.
1.7 Both parties refer to Easy Bathrooms and the client.

2. GENERAL POINTS ABOUT THE TS & CS
2.1 These Ts & Cs apply to the Agreement for the supply of the Easy Bathrooms Design and Installation Service by Easy Bathrooms to the Client and replaces any other documents or communication between Easy Bathrooms and the Client.
2.2 Any alterations to these Ts & Cs must be confirmed in writing by Easy Bathrooms
2.3 These Ts & Cs relate exclusively to the Easy Bathrooms Design and Installation Service and do not form any kind of guarantee for products bought from Easy Bathrooms without our installation service. Please see our product guarantees for further information.
2.4 Nothing contained in these Ts & Cs will prohibit the statutory rights of a Client.

3. YOUR QUOTE
3.1 The quote is attached to these Ts & Cs and displayed as “Your installation quote”.
3.2 The Quote for the Easy Bathrooms Design and Installation Service must be accepted by the Client in its entirety.
3.3 When the Client places an Order with Easy Bathrooms, they will be deemed to have accepted the Quote and agreed to the description of works provided as set out in the Quote.
3.4 The 3D design within these T&C’s is a visual representation only, please refer to your actual product list for the details of the product being installed, once your installation commences it cannot be changed. Your product order will have been discussed with you previously, if you have any questions regarding your product selection, please discuss with your instore advisor.
3.5 The Agreement between Easy Bathrooms and the Client, including these Ts & Cs, will only come into force once the deposit has been received from the Client.
3.6 Any differences in the agreed Quote must be accepted by Both Parties in writing or via email.

4. PROVISION AND EXECUTION OF SERVICES
4.1 The services provided will be as per the description in the agreed Quote between the Client and Easy Bathrooms
4.2 Images, descriptions and specifications used in any form of advertising by Easy Bathrooms only give an indication of the Design and Installation Service and do not form part of any Agreement, unless agreed in writing by Easy Bathrooms
4.3 The Design and Installation Service will be supplied at a date and time agreed between the Client and Easy Bathrooms. If Easy Bathrooms changes any such date or time, the Client will be notified either verbally or in writing. Dates and times given for the supply of the Design and Installation Service are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. The time and date do not constitute the essence of the Agreement and Easy Bathrooms will not be liable for any loss, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any change or delay in the
supply of this service.
4.4 A “Satisfactory completion” note signed by the Client, will constitute acceptance that the Design and Installation Service has been supplied to an acceptable standard by Easy Bathrooms

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 The price of the Design and Installation Service is as specified in your Quote. It is inclusive of VAT at the current rate when the Quote is accepted and paid for by the Client.
5.2 The terms of payment are that either a 33.33% deposit (1⁄3 of the total order) or full payment must be paid prior to any survey being carried out.
5.3 Easy Bathrooms is entitled to change the price to take the following into account: Any extra products and/or services which the customer requests, not included in the original Quote. Any extra work required to complete the service, which was not anticipated when the original Quote was given.
5.4 Payment must be made in full for the products and installation service 14 days Prior to your proposed installation start date, your proposed installation start date will be moved or cancelled should this date be missed.

6. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
6.1 The Client will need to permit Easy Bathrooms access to the property to ensure work can be carried out in a timely fashion.
6.2 The Client will need to provide Easy Bathrooms with all relevant utilities to ensure work and testing can be carried out.
6.3 The Client will need to apply for, obtain and meet the cost of all necessary approvals and permission required to complete the services, before work begins.
6.4 The Client will take all reasonable care to ensure Easy Bathrooms equipment is not damaged, lost or stolen when stored on site.
6.5 The Client will be liable for any costs incurred by Easy Bathrooms as a result of the Client's failure to comply with the obligations as set out in these Ts & Cs.

7. OUR OBLIGATIONS
7.1 Easy Bathrooms will supply all services, machinery and tools needed and/or products as specified in the Quote
7.2 All our Installations come with a 2 year workmanship guarantee
7.3 Health & Safety and Environment. We ensure the safety of all parties affected by the works and we will try to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.

7A. 2-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
7A.1 As part of the Easy Bathrooms Design and Installation Service, all installation work carried out by Easy Bathrooms is protected by a 2-year workmanship warranty.
7A.2 This warranty covers any defects, issues or faults that arise as a direct result of the installation work undertaken by Easy Bathrooms, including poor workmanship, incorrect fitting, or installation-related defects.
7A.3 Within the first 2 years, product faults or failures are fully covered, including any refitting or installation work required in order to remedy the fault.
7A.4 This workmanship warranty does not cover:
 ● Normal wear and tear.
 ● Cosmetic changes such as discolouration of silicone, grout, sealants or similar materials.
 ● Damage or faults caused by misuse, neglect, lack of reasonable maintenance, accidental damage, or any alterations carried out after installation.
 ● Issues arising from products not supplied by Easy Bathrooms.
7A.5 After the initial 2-year workmanship warranty period has expired, all product-related issues will be covered by Easy Bathrooms’ standard product guarantees only. These guarantees apply to the products themselves and not to installation labour.
7A.6 The 2-year workmanship warranty begins on the date the Client signs the “Satisfactory Completion” note confirming the installation has been completed.

8. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
8.1 The Client may cancel an order within 28 days of the agreement date which is the date on which the initial deposit was paid. In order to cancel the agreement, a cancellation notice must be sent in writing to your store of purchase before the end of the 28th day following the placing of the order. Once a valid cancellation notice is received, any payment made to Easy Bathrooms in relation to this agreement will be refunded within 14 to 21 working days and will be made via the same method used for the payment.

9. DEFAULT
9.1 The Agreement will continue until all services detailed in the Quote have been provided or on any date agreed by Easy Bathrooms. To avoid doubt, the Agreement will terminate as soon as the Client confirms verbally to Easy Bathrooms or a “Satisfactory Completion” note has been signed by the Client.
9.2 Easy Bathrooms reserve the right to terminate the Agreement if the Client fails to make any due payment.
9.3 Either party may terminate the Agreement by notifying the other party in writing if: The other party commits a material breach of these Ts & Cs and, in the case of a breach capable of being remedied, fails to remedy it within a reasonable time of being given written notice by the other party to do so. Or The other party commits a material breach of these Ts & Cs which cannot be remedied under any circumstances
9.4 If the Client terminates the Agreement when there is no breach of the Ts & Cs by Easy Bathrooms, the Client must reimburse Easy Bathrooms for any work undertaken and costs incurred up to the date of termination.
9.5 The right to terminate the Agreement is without prejudice to any other accrued rights and liabilities of the parties arising in any way out of the Agreement, as at the date of termination.

10. INDEMNITY
10.1 The Client shall indemnify Easy Bathrooms against all claims, costs, and expenses which Easy Bathrooms may incur and which arise directly or indirectly from the Clients breach of any of his or her obligations under these Ts & Cs.

11.1. OFFER DETAILS - 50% Off Selected Items: Enjoy a 50% discount on a selected range of items. Free Selected Tiles: Receive selected tiles for free when you purchase our 'Simply Install' Service for bathroom and tile installation. 
11.2 ELIGIBILITY - The 50% off discount applies only to items that are part of our selected range.
11.2.1. The free tiles offer is only valid when purchased alongside our 'Simply Install' Service, which includes both bathroom and tile installation. 11.2.2. The free tiles offer is available exclusively in-store and cannot be redeemed online.
11.3. OFFER DURATION - This promotion starts on July 29th 2024 and ends on July 31st 2026. Any purchases made outside of this time frame will not qualify for the offers.
11.4. AVAILABILITY - Offers are subject to the availability of selected items.
11.4.1. We reserve the right to substitute any items with an alternative of equal value in the event of stock shortages.
11.5. PURCHASING CONDITIONS - To claim the free tiles offer, customers must purchase the 'Simply Install' Service in-store. This offer is not applicable to online purchases.
11.5.1. The 50% discount can be claimed both online and in-store, provided the items are from the selected range.
11.5.2. On completion of delivery of product, the customer can no longer cancel the installation service.
11.6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Standard return policies apply to all purchases made under the Simply Install Sale. 
11.6.1. Free tiles obtained through this offer are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defect or damage.
11.7. GENERAL CONDITIONS - This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
11.7.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
11.7.2. All offers are provided at the discretion of the management and are subject to change.

12. SIMPLY INSTALL 12K BATHROOM GIVEAWAY
12.1.General
12.1.1 No purchase is necessary to participate in this prize draw.
12.1.2 The giveaway will commence on 25th December 2025, and end on 11th January 2026.
12.1.3 One winner will be chosen on 12th January 2026, and announced through Easy Bathrooms’ social media channels once the winner has confirmed the prize via email.
12.1.4 Participants can win one £12,000 bathroom and installation package, limited to one room only.
12.1.5 The prize draw is open to UK residents (excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands) over 18 years old only.
12.1.6 By entering, participants agree to allow Easy Bathrooms to film, photograph, and capture content during the installation process and upon completion. Participants who do not accept this condition cannot win the prize.

12.1.7 An additional 10 participants will win a £100 (minimum spend £500)
12.2 Methods of Entry
12.2.1 Participants must complete the ‘Sign Up Form’ on the Easy Bathrooms website. Entries must include name, email address, postcode, and mobile number to be valid.
12.2.2 Upon being drawn as a potential winner, the participant must provide proof of eligibility. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
12.2.3 This prize draw is in no way run by, associated with, or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
12.2.4 Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
12.2.5 By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
12.3 The Prize
12.3.1 Prize Details
12.3.1.1 The participant successfully drawn at random will receive a £12,000 bathroom prize, consisting of:

• £4,000 spend on Easy Bathrooms products (bathroom items, tiles, and adhesive)
• £8,000 professional installation of the participant’s chosen products (subject to survey)

12.3.1.2 The additional 10 participant successfully drawn at random will receive a £100 voucher to spend on Easy Bathrooms products with a minimum spend of £500.
12.3.2 Installation Terms
12.3.2.1 Installation covers the winner’s chosen Easy Bathrooms products within the £4,000 product limit.
12.3.2.2 Any installation exceeding £8,000 or additional products outside the £4,000 limit may incur additional charges.
12.3.2.3 Installation is subject to survey, including lighting, fixtures, and reasonable internal plumbing requirements.
12.3.3 Prize Restrictions
12.3.3.1 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
12.3.3.2 The prize will be supplied and installed by Easy Bathrooms’ internal installation service.
12.3.3.3 Easy Bathrooms’ decisions regarding entries, winners, and prize validity are final.
12.3.4 Eligibility
12.3.4.1 The winner must be a UK resident (excluding Northern Ireland).
12.4. Claiming The Prize
12.4.1 Confirmation
12.4.1.1 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) working days of notification.
12.4.2 Forfeiture
12.4.2.1 If the winner fails to claim the prize, is ineligible, or cannot verify eligibility, the prize will be forfeited.
12.4.2.2 Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to perform a redraw from eligible entrants if forfeiture occurs.
12.4.3 Prize Timeline
12.4.3.1 The prize must be claimed within 6 months of acceptance.
12.4.3.2 The bathroom installation must be completed within 6 months of acceptance.
12.5. Data & Media Consent
12.5.1 Personal Information
12.5.1.1 Easy Bathrooms will use personal information only to comply with legal duties, deliver the prize, and communicate about the prize draw.
12.5.1.2 With prior consent, Easy Bathrooms may contact participants regarding products and services. Participants can withdraw consent at any time.
12.5.1.3 Participants must provide true information and notify Easy Bathrooms of any changes.
12.5.2 Publicity & Media Use
12.5.2.1 Easy Bathrooms may feature the winner’s name, city/county, and images in future publications and promotional content.
12.5.2.2 Easy Bathrooms may publish information indicating a valid award took place, including the winner’s social media handle.
12.5.2.3 By entering, the winner grants Easy Bathrooms the right to film, photograph, and publish content from the installation process and completed bathroom for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
12.5.3 Non-Consent
12.5.3.1 If a participant does not consent to media use as described above, they are ineligible to win the prize.
12.5.4 Questions or Concerns
12.5.4.1 Any inquiries regarding the use of photographs or videos may be directed to Easy Bathrooms.
12.6. Non-Winning Entrant Offer
12.6.1 Voucher Offer
12.6.1.1 Participants who enter the prize draw but are not selected as winners may be contacted by Easy Bathrooms and offered a £100 promotional voucher.
12.6.1.2 Receipt of the voucher is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and Easy Bathrooms’ discretion.
12.6.2 Voucher Conditions
12.6.2.1 The £100 voucher is redeemable against a minimum spend of £1,000 on Easy Bathrooms products.
12.6.2.2 The voucher is valid until 6th April 2026 and must be used before this date.
12.6.2.3 The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any alternative.
12.6.2.4 Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
12.6.3 Exclusions & Restrictions
