Easy Bathrooms Guarantee
Here at Easy Bathrooms we have a number of promises and guarantees designed to give you peace of mind. Here you’ll see just exactly which guarantee cover is given to each product type.
There’s no need to register, you’re automatically covered. If you need to get in touch with us, just simply quote your order number as reference.
Our guarantees cover Easy Bathrooms products only, that have been purchased directly from our website or one of our nationwide showrooms for the intention of normal domestic use. The material structure of the item is covered against manufacturing defects for the stated guarantee period.
Lifetime Guarantee
We’re pleased to offer our customers a lifetime guarantee on all tiles when purchased and installed with the BAL range of tiling products. We guarantee that our tiles and fixing materials are free from manufacturing defects and will remain fit for purpose for the lifetime of the product or up to 15 years (whichever is sooner) when following the manufacturer's installation instructions.
Terms & Conditions
Our Lifetile Guarantee applies only to ceramic and porcelain tiles which have been purchased directly from Easy Bathrooms and installed using our recommended fixing products;
BAL products - must be used as directed, ensuring the mixing and application of product meets the correct standard. Always refer to the latest Technical Product Data Sheet.
Tiling must be maintained in a proper manner and not subjected to abnormal conditions, improper use or neglect and in-line with relevant conditions of the BAL 25-year guarantee. Full guarantee details are available for review here.
Any alleged failure of products must be reported to Easy Bathrooms immediately and confirmed in writing. We will then investigate in full and provide a report.
Tile installation will be investigated and tested to ensure only BAL products have been used for application and installed in accordance with this guarantee.
Any other products used for application alongside BAL products must be reported in writing and approved by Easy Bathrooms prior to application.
In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim, Easy Bathrooms will either provide a refund, repair or offer a suitable replacement, in part or whole, dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity as dictated by Easy Bathrooms.
The Lifetile Guarantee does not cover subsequential loss of any kind, either directly or indirectly of a valid claim being made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a replacement product is offered, however the direct replacement is no longer available, Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to replace said product with the nearest equivalent of equal value.
If products are replaced that subsequently prove not to be defective, Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to levy a charge for such items, together with any and all costs associated with their provision.
Lifetile Guarantee Does Not Cover:
• Failure to install or utilise products in accordance with this guarantee as set out above.
• Fair wear and tear.
• Neglect or abuse.
• Products subject to abnormal conditions.
• The use of harsh or corrosive chemicals.
• Existing defects which were not reported to Easy Bathrooms before installation.
