Great customer service
Occasionally things go wrong and you judge the business you are dealing with by how they go about putting things right. I had a shower tray that was delivered slightly damaged but following a phone call and a photo, John at the Wrexham branch, quickly arranged a replacement and apologised for any inconvenience. Good old fashioned customer service will always generate repeat business.
