She made the process so easy and was great and suggesting different ideas and solutions to our design. Her personal touch is what's missing from most big high street retailers. Large selection of tiles and bathroom tiles,all displayed as bathroom settings. Staff friendly and leave you alone to look in peace. I bought tiles and fittings from here. Good quality tiles, my bathroom fitter commented on how even and well made these were.

Outstanding customer service

Helen met me and encouraged me to browse the vast showroom. Once I had a few options in mind she was very helpful with how to make it all work in my bathroom reno and went above and beyond to meet my need and explain every step of the way. She had to take a call to another customer and her telephone manner was outstanding. She is a friendly blend of knowledgeable and efficient. Quite an asset I would say.

Visited the King’s Lynn branch and found the staff incredibly helpful and most welcoming without any pressure selling. Lovely showroom and massive choice and we were to find exactly what we wanted to subsequently order online. Delivered very promptly. First class service throughout and already strongly recommending to friends and family.
